SIMILARLY CHILD HOOD BLADDER STONE HAS VIRTUALLY DISAPPEARED FROM DEVELOPED COUNTRIES, BUT IS COMMON DUE TO INADEQUATE NUTRITION IN CHILDREN IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. INTERESTINGLY , IN CONTRAST , NEPHROLITHIASIS SEEMS TO BE PRECIPITATED BY A WESTERN LIFE STYLE AND HAS INCREASED INCIDENCE IN AFFLUENT COUNTRIES. Kidney bears a leading role in maintaining normal living body , such as : 1. Retention of substances which is vital to body; 2.. Excretion of waste metabolic product ; 3.Hormonal and metabolic functions etc. etc. Deviation of normal function causes many diseases as ; Polyuria ,Diabetes , insipidus , pituitary tumors ,destructive uropathy , papillary necrosis , Renalithiasis , Chr.urinary tract infection , Nephrotic syndrom , Acute renal failure , etc.
